How It Works

From idea to printed part in three steps

No CAD experience required. LittleBoxes.ai handles the geometry so you can focus on what the part is for.

1
Pick a part type

Choose a part type from the menu above and set your dimensions.

2
Preview and tweak

See a live 3D preview and adjust dimensions, walls and features until it's just right.

3
Download & print

Export a print-ready STL file, slice it, and print on any 3D printer.

Drawer Planner Beta

Get beta access to the full Drawer Planner and design multi-box layouts that fit a whole drawer.

Parametric dimensions

Dial in length, width, height, wall thickness and more — generate parts sized exactly for what you need.

Print-ready STL export

Download clean, watertight, manifold STL files ready to slice in Bambu Studio, PrusaSlicer, OrcaSlicer or Cura — no mesh cleanup required.

Sized for your printer

Pick your printer or enter a custom bed size and LittleBoxes.ai flags any design that won't fit — so every STL prints first time.

What can I make?

Design and download all of these in your browser, each with a live 3D preview and print-ready STL export: Boxes, Vented boxes, Mounting brackets, Remote holders, Stackable boxes, Phone holders, Lids, Shelf rails.

Can I make a lid for a box I already designed?

Yes — open any box, vented box or stackable box designer and click "Create a lid". It carries the outer size, wall thickness and corner style into the lid designer so a cap or inset lid fits straight away. You can also enter your box's measurements directly in the lid designer.

Do I need an account to download an STL?

No — designing and downloading STL files needs no account. An account only lets you save your designs to return to later and use beta features like the Drawer Planner.

What do I get if I register?

Registering lets you save your designs and return to them anytime, plus beta access to the Drawer Planner for designing multi-box layouts that fit a whole drawer. After registering, click the link in the verification email we send to unlock saving — designing and downloading work right away, no verification needed.

Can I make adjustable shelf rails for a cabinet?

Yes — the shelf-rail designer generates sawtooth pilaster rails sized to your board thickness and cabinet. Print four (two per side), screw or stick them to the walls, and drop a wood board into matching notches. Rails taller than your printer auto-split into sections joined by printed dovetails.

Which 3D printers are supported?

Any printer that accepts STL files works — FDM or resin. The exported geometry is watertight and manifold, and slices cleanly in Bambu Studio, PrusaSlicer, OrcaSlicer, Cura and Lychee.

Do I need CAD skills?

No. Adjust a few fields and watch a live 3D preview — LittleBoxes.ai builds the parametric geometry for you and exports a ready-to-print STL.
